March 2nd is World Teen Mental Wellness Day. It's important to highlight this day as a reminder to cultivate an environment of understanding and support for our youth during their formative years. You can help observe #WorldTeenMentalWellness by educating yourself and others on teen mental health challenges, as well as ways that you can be a supportive and trusting parent, caregiver, and/or mentor.
